Bruce Sternke is an experienced Business Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the Mergers & Acquisitions profession. Bruce has been helping private individuals and corporate clients to buy and sell main street and middle-market businesses for 25 years. He previously managed Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing functions for major U.S. companies. His start came as a member of the Corporate Development and Acquisitions team at an international lumber products corporation.
Bruce initiated a successful Business Brokerage practice through cold calling, mailing, and emailing programs and a serious, concentrated networking effort. In the process, he developed a local and nationwide base of clients and successful transactions.
Beginning in 2004, Bruce became a Managing Partner in the Intermountain West’s largest regional Mergers and Acquisitions firm. During this period, he fine-tuned his skills in the leadership of all parties and timeline processes critical to successful completion of business transactions. Bruce effectively managed the brokerage office while achieving above-plan profitability in all years.
Bruce is currently a Mergers and Acquisitions specialist with NAI Select Boise. Bruce, with his partner Elaine Nunn, has developed a proprietary, client-focused process that greatly enhances the probability of the parties’ success in reaching their financial goals.

Bruce graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a B.A. in Marketing and holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Production.

Elaine Nunn’s career includes a broad spectrum of business services and entrepreneurship. Her experience includes 10 years with a national brokerage firm, 13 years of independent practice, and facilitating the sale and transfer of more than 400 businesses in Main Street and Middle Markets.
For three years Elaine served on the Board of Directors for the Louisville Chapter of the National Associations of Women Business Owners, where she was a member for 10 years.
After attending the University of Louisville, Elaine began her entrepreneurship as a successful business owner. Her extensive experience as a business owner; coupled with years of experience in the complex world of business sales, mergers and acquisitions adds immense value to her ability to best serve her clients.
